Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our Work From Home Outbound Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting company-provided leads, explaining our services, and assisting customers throughout the registration process.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to company-provided leads.
Explain the company's services and recruitment process in a professional manner.
Convert leads into successful registrations.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
Update call records and customer information in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum qualification:



12th Pass / Any Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Positive convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working from Home (Remote).
Basic computer knowledge with the ability to use MS Office and internet applications.
Laptop/Desktop and stable internet connection preferred.
