Role Summary

Supports end-to-end product development and project execution across an expanding portfolio herbal teas, value-added variants, and RTDs (including zero-proof, sparkling, and carbonated formats), along with Luxmi Estates, Makaibari, and Narayanpur projects. The role strengthens backend and frontend capabilities, collaborations, ensuring smooth execution of the growing pipeline, day-to-day batch quality, and technical product consistency across batches.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day batch-level product quality and consistency and NPD projects. • Road map and costing support of NPD tea, herbs, teaware, RTD. • Coordinate ingredient procurement management on a timely basis as per inventory, and support vendor development / management. • Cost and budget analysis of FG, RM, PM, and ingredients.



• Support technical documentation from a regulatory standpoint — testing, audit, specifications, etc. • Assist in the technical execution of current projects on the ground. • Drive automation-related on-ground product operations. • Lead product packaging improvement initiatives. • Monitor daily operations and highlight any glitch to the respective stakeholders. • Assist in recent project execution by coordinating across all teams and managing the roadmap. • Pull the entire product chain together by tracking, monitoring, and project management.
