Making quotations and sharing the same on mail to customers.
Entering the orders received in Jewellery Software.
Positive understanding of costing and pricing in Jewellery.
Coordinate with the production team for orders.
Making sure the orders are dispatched on time.
Customer coordination.
Good understanding of shipment building and shipment release.
Foster a cooperative and innovative team culture.
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate
3+ Years of experience in jewellery industry
Good Experience of Gati is must
Experience in Domestic Market
Positive communication skills - English and Hindi
Good Grip in Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.
