About the Role:

GIC Housing Finance Ltd is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead and manage core HR functions across the organization. This role requires a solid blend of operational ownership, strategic HR capability, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the HR function supports the companys business goals and enhances employee engagement, compliance, and workforce performance.

Role & responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage hiring end-to-end across levels including workforce planning and budgeting.
Leverage ATS and job portals for candidate sourcing, screening and selection.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure full compliance with labour laws and HR related statutory mandates.
Maintain audit-ready records and support inspections by authorities.
HR Operations & Employee Services
Oversee HR operations covering employee lifecycle activities.
Serve as an escalation point for employee relations and grievance resolution.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with HR vendors: payroll,



training providers, consultants.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments.
Data Maintenance and Reimbursement Process
MIS Preparation
Employee Communication

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/MBA Human Resources
Minimum 1 years of progressive experience in core HR functions (required).

Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Presentation: Strong ability to design and deliver effective presentations.
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
