Role & responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Contact potential customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Identify customer needs and qualify sales opportunities.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads.

Product Promotion & Sales
Explain software features, perks, and pricing plans to prospects.
Present solutions based on customer business requirements.
Schedule product demonstrations with the sales or technical team.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and customers.
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product team.

Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales activities.
Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track lead status and conversion metrics.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
03 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or software sales, Digital marketing.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
Basic understanding of software products, SaaS, or technology solutions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Positive listening and problem-solving skills.
