Role Summary

Support day-to-day 3P grocery operations by ensuring smooth
order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, SLA adherence, and effective
coordination with third-party partners to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor
daily operations across assigned 3P grocery sites.
Track
and achieve KPIs including order accuracy, fill rate, productivity, and
turnaround time.
Coordinate
with 3P partners to ensure adherence to SOPs and SLAs.
Support
inventory reconciliation, stock accuracy, and shrinkage control.
Resolve
operational issues and escalate critical exceptions.
Prepare
daily MIS, dashboards, and performance reports.
Coordinate
with Supply Chain, Category, Quality, and Last Mile teams for seamless
execution.
Ensure
compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Support




audits and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Graduate
in any discipline.
3?5
years of experience in Grocery, E-commerce, Retail, Warehouse, Logistics,
or Supply Chain Operations.
Experience
in third-party (3P) operations is preferred.
Positive
analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
