ABOUT THE COMPANY
Trafasa Technology is building India's integrated B2B procurement and trade ecosystem . Proquro (AI-enabled procure-to-pay SaaS for SMEs) and Trafasa Marketplace. Currently in active development on Frappe
We need a Tech Lead who can own the platform architecture, hold the external dev vendor accountable, and design + execute the AI roadmap across phases: intelligent document processing and NLP search , spend analytics and anomaly detection, and autonomous procurement recommendations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own multi-tenant Frappe architecture (Proquro + Marketplace)
Design AI/ML pipeline: IDP, NLP, vendor intelligence, spend analytics
Review and approve all vendor deliverables
Define search strategy for marketplace catalog at scale
Own CI/CD, DevOps, AWS infra, and security posture
Design APIs for fintech, logistics, escrow, and BV integrations
Hire and mentor first in-house engineering team
Represent tech in investor and enterprise pilot conversations

MUST HAVE
7+ years backend engineering; 2+ years on Frappe/ERPNext - mandatory
Integration experience with leading ERPs (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics,



Oracle) - API, middleware, or direct
Demonstrated multi-tenant SaaS architecture experience
Production-grade Python - Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
At least one AI/ML feature shipped to production (any domain)
AWS: EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch - hands-on
Vendor code review and accountability experience
Robust written communication; architecture decision documentation
Comfortable working in a 0-to-1 product workplace

POSITIVE TO HAVE
B2B procurement, ERP, or supply chain domain knowledge
Camunda / BPMN workflow engine experience
Indian GST / HSN taxonomy familiarity
NLP on domain-specific or Indian-language text
Prior founding team or early-stage startup experience
RediSearch / Typesense / OpenSearch for catalog search

Backend : Frappe (Python/JS/Jinja), MariaDB, Redis, Camunda

DevOps : AWS ap-south-1, Kubernetes (Helm), GitHub Actions, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, WAF

Integrations : SGS, Twilio, AWS SES, Escrow/Payment Gateway, Logistics APIs

AI Stack : To be defined by this hire - Python-native tooling preferred
