Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes, improve employee engagement, and reduce attrition.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding current hires, ensuring timely filling of open positions.
Analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, retention rates, and satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement in HR operations.
Collaborate with senior leadership team to develop talent management plans that align with organizational goals.
Job Requirements :
8+ years of experience in an HR role
Solid understanding of HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation & advantages administration.
Proven track record in reducing attrition rates through effective people practices and initiatives.
