Role & responsibilities
Coordinate daily fleet operations to ensure on-time delivery and efficient vehicle utilization.
Plan and schedule vehicle routes based on operational requirements.
Assign drivers and vehicles while optimizing productivity and minimizing downtime.
Monitor vehicle movement using GPS and fleet management systems.
Track fuel consumption, mileage, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance.
Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vehicle servicing.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, driver logs, permits, insurance, and vehicle documentation.
Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, customers, and vendors to resolve operational issues promptly.
Handle breakdowns, delays, and emergency situations with quick decision-making.
Monitor transportation costs and identify prospects to improve operational efficiency.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet performance reports and operational dashboards.




Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and reduce logistics costs.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
25 years of experience in fleet coordination, transportation, or logistics operations.
Knowledge of fleet management systems, GPS tracking, and transportation management software.
Understanding of transportation regulations and vehicle compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
