We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our HVAC, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Ventilation Systems, and Air Movement Solutions business.
The role involves developing current business prospects, building long-term relationships with MEP consultants, EPC contractors, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Facility Managers, Industrial Clients, and OEMs, and managing the complete project sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying upcoming projects, influencing product specifications, preparing techno-commercial proposals, participating in tendering and negotiations, and achieving regional sales targets. The role requires close coordination with internal engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution and high customer satisfaction.
