Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented sales qualified to drive Shrimp Feed sales across West Bengal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in shrimp feed sales, possess a robust network within the aquaculture industry, and be passionate about achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development for Shrimp Feed in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shrimp farmers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct farm visits to provide technical support and product guidance to customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product availability and customer service.
Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market intelligence.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 5–8 years in Shrimp Feed Sales (mandatory).
Education: Any Graduate.
Solid knowledge of the aquaculture industry and shrimp farming practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
Ability to develop and manage dealer/distributor networks.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving licence.
Willing to travel extensively across West Bengal.
