Order process Dispatch coordination Quality Check before Dispatch
Basic Excel knowledge of Pivot table, VLOOKUP, sum if, count if, etc.
Able to relocate if selected to another city
Managing MIS Daily / Weekly Monthly - Data Management
Preferably, knowledge of E-commerce, Amazon Flipkart order process
Residence facility for employees who can relocate in another state

Key Responsibilities:
Generate daily Pick Lists from Order Management system ( OMS Uniware)
Process customer orders from various e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate order allocation and picking activities.
Perform Quality Check (QC) before dispatch.
Ensure correct packing and shipment of orders.
Coordinate with courier partners and transporters for dispatch.




Track pending orders and ensure timely dispatch.
Handle warehouse operations and supervise the operations team.
Maintain dispatch accuracy and minimize order errors.
Prepare and share daily operational reports (MIS).
Monitor daily productivity and team performance.
Resolve operational issues and coordinate with internal departments.
Ensure warehouse processes follow company SOPs.
