Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for positions across the organization.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
Source, screen, and assess candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Manage recruitment activities using ATS and HRMS platforms.
Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.

Employee Engagement & Culture
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.
Organize employee recognition programs, team-building activities,



celebrations, and wellness events.
Support onboarding programs to ensure a positive current-hire experience.
Drive internal communication and employee-focused initiatives.
Gather employee feedback through surveys and engagement activities and recommend improvements.
Partner with leaders to strengthen company culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
Support retention and employee experience programs.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Preferred candidate profile
3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Employee Engagement, or related areas.
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
