Job Summary:

Responsible for production planning, material availability, inventory control, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely manufacturing and dispatch of pharmaceutical products while complying with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor production plans based on demand forecasts and customer requirements.
Ensure availability of raw materials, packing materials, and consumables for uninterrupted production.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, QA, and Supply Chain teams.
Track inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Monitor production schedules and resolve material-related constraints.
Generate and maintain planning, inventory, and MIS reports.




Support batch planning, capacity utilization, and dispatch planning activities.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
Any Graduate
5+ years of experience in Production Planning, Materials Management within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
