Job Overview We are looking for a skilled 3D Visualizer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both 3D modeling and creating high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs from 2D CAD layouts and conceptual sketches.

Key Responsibilities 3D Modeling & Rendering: Build accurate 3D models and produce photo-realistic interior/exterior renderings and design walkthroughs.

Read and accurately interpret architectural blueprints and AutoCAD drawings.

Apply realistic lighting, textures, and materials to 3D models.

Collaborate with the design team to refine visual assets based on project briefs.

Requirements & Qualifications Education: Graduation/Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related design field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of qualified experience in 3D modeling and visualization.

Core Software: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for modeling.

Rendering Software: Experience with industry-standard rendering engines such as Corona Renderer, V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.

Valuable to Have: Working knowledge of Rhino is a solid plus.

Portfolio: A portfolio or link to recent work showcasing both modeling and high-quality rendering skills is required.
