Role Overview:
As a Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be on promoting and selling telecom products and services in Canadian Market , understanding customer needs, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and build a customer database
Handle outbound and cold calling
Manage complete sales calls from pitch to closure
Build and maintain solid customer relationships
Negotiate pricing and offers
Maintain and update customer data
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year experience in International Voice Process / Sales
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Work Details:
Process: International Voice
Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad (In office)
Shift & Benefits:
Night Shift: 8:00PM to 5:00 AM | 6:30PM to 3:30 AM
5 working days
Fixed 9 hours (including 1-hr break) | No overtime
