Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare duty rosters and allocate patients to nursing staff.
Ensure discipline and maintain high team morale within the nursing department.
Coordinate effectively with doctors, patients, families, management, and other departments.
Ensure quality nursing care, proper documentation, and adherence to hospital SOPs.
Conduct interviews, induction, and regular training sessions for nursing staff.
Organize educational programs and training on new procedures and protocols.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and nursing documentation.
Identify process gaps, implement corrective actions, and report deviations to management.
Handle emergencies promptly and support the nursing team whenever required.
Take regular hospital rounds to ensure smooth nursing operations.
Resolve patient complaints and ensure patient satisfaction.
Assist in nursing duties whenever required due to staff shortages or operational needs.
