Job Description FOS Team Leader (Field Officer Sales Team Leader)

Position: FOS Team Leader (TL)
Department: Sales Agriculture Loan / Banking
Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification
Graduate in Any Discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Experience
25 Years of experience in Sales, Banking, NBFC, Microfinance, or BFSI.
Minimum 12 years of experience in handling a field sales team.
Experience in Agriculture Loan, Gold Loan, Retail Loan, or Financial Product Sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Field Officer Sales (FOS) Executives.
Drive achievement of monthly sales and business targets.
Monitor daily field activities and productivity of team members.
Conduct field visits with the team to support sales and customer acquisition.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop new FOS Executives.
Build and maintain relationships with farmers, customers, and local influencers.
Ensure quality sourcing of Agriculture Loan and other banking products.
Track team performance through daily MIS and sales reports.
Coordinate with Branch Managers and Operations teams for smooth processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies, banking guidelines, and KYC norms.




Resolve customer issues and support the team in closing sales prospects.

Preferred Experience
Experience in Agriculture Loan, Rural Banking, NBFC, or BFSI Sales.
Experience managing a team of 515 Field Officers.
Knowledge of agricultural finance, KCC, Tractor Loan, Crop Loan, or Rural Lending is an added advantage.

Eligibility
Age: 22 - 35 Years
Graduate in Any Discipline
Own Two-Wheeler with Valid Driving License (Mandatory)
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
