About the role

We're looking for a 3D Motion Graphic Designer to bring ideas to life through animation, 3D visuals, and motion. You'll create eye-catching content for [social media, digital ads, product launches, explainer videos, brand films, and more] — combining solid design sense with technical animation skills. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in the 3D and motion pipeline and can take a concept from storyboard to final render.

Key responsibilities

Design and animate 3D motion graphics for social media, ads, websites, product videos, and brand campaigns

Model, texture, light, and render 3D scenes, objects, and product visuals

Develop storyboards, style frames, and animatics to communicate creative direction

Create motion design that follows strong principles of timing, easing, and visual hierarchy

Composite 3D renders with 2D elements, VFX, and live footage

Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and video teams to translate briefs into polished deliverables

Manage the full production pipeline — concept, animation, rendering, and final output





Optimize scenes and render settings for quality and turnaround time

Stay current with motion design trends, tools, and techniques

Maintain organized project files and meet delivery deadlines across multiple projects

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in 3D motion graphics and animation

Robust portfolio/showreel demonstrating 3D design and motion work

Proficiency in Cinema 4D (or Blender / Maya / 3ds Max) and Adobe After Effects

Experience with rendering engines such as Redshift, Octane, or Arnold

Solid grasp of modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animation fundamentals

Robust understanding of composition, color, typography, and motion design principles

Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple projects

Nice to have

Experience with Houdini, particle systems, or dynamic simulations

Skills in 2D animation and traditional motion graphics

Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and the wider Adobe Creative Suite

Sound design or basic audio editing ability
