Job Summary

We are looking for a 3D Stage Set Designer for Events to conceptualize and visualize stages, sets, scenic environments, backdrops, branded installations, and experience zones for corporate events, conferences, award shows, product launches, and brand activations. The candidate should have robust creative visualization skills and practical knowledge of event production and fabrication.

Responsibilities
Develop creative 3D stage and set concepts aligned with event themes and brand requirements.
Design stage structures, scenic elements, backdrops, podiums, side screens, registration spaces, and experience areas.
Create realistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, presentation visuals, and alternate concepts.
Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, technical layouts, and fabrication-ready drawings.
Integrate branding, graphics, lighting, LED/AV, materials, furniture, and scenic components.
Coordinate with production teams, fabricators, creative teams, and client servicing teams.
Review designs for structural practicality, material usage, installation requirements,



and production feasibility.
Implement client revisions and maintain design accuracy through multiple iterations.
Manage multiple event projects and deliver design outputs within demanding timelines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Product Design, or a related field.
4 to 12 years of experience in stage design, event design, set design, exhibition design, or event production.
Solid command of 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Corona, and Photoshop.
Good understanding of fabrication methods, materials, lighting, AV integration, and event execution.
Excellent spatial planning and presentation skills.
Mandatory portfolio featuring stage, set, event, exhibition, or experiential design work.
Exposure to Lumion, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, AI visualization, animation, AR/VR, or multimedia integration will be an advantage.
