Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Academic Assistant cum Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our SSC coaching division. The ideal candidate will support academic operations while contributing to high-quality academic content. This role involves student mentoring, academic coordination, content preparation, and assisting faculty to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the day-to-day academic activities of SSC batches.
Prepare and review study materials, notes, question banks, worksheets, and mock tests for SSC examinations.
Develop academic content aligned with the latest SSC exam syllabus and pattern.
Mentor students and monitor their academic performance.
Track student attendance and follow up with absentees.
Coordinate and conduct mock tests, assignments, and evaluations.
Support faculty in lesson planning and classroom activities.
Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and maintain academic records.
Analyze student performance and provide academic improvement strategies.
Address students' academic queries and provide subject guidance.
Coordinate with faculty and operations teams for smooth academic delivery.




Stay updated with changes in SSC examination patterns, syllabus, and notifications.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
Strong knowledge of SSC examinations, including CGL, CHSL, MTS, CPO, GD, and other SSC recruitment exams.
Prior experience in teaching, content development, academic coordination, or coaching institutes is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
