Were looking for a energetic, meticulously organised people-person with 35 years of experience in the visual arts to lead exhibitor delivery for IAF EDI+IONS Ahmedabad.
Act as IAFs Project Manager for the exhibition, owning exhibitor delivery pre-event and onsite
Liaise with galleries and design studios on art content, booth design, VIP guests, comms inputs, and all operational matters
Coordinate with official booth fabricators, fine-art handling partners, and logistics vendors
Work with the Exhibitor Relations team on participation elements
Partner with External Relations and VIP teams to deliver onsite programmingtalks, performances, walkthroughs, tours
Work with Partnerships on branding, banner placement, and onsite FB partners
Lead a small team of assistants and interns for onsite execution, keeping communication flowing across teams
Robust command of Excel and Google Sheets, excellent written and verbal English, and fluency in at least one other Indian language.
