Are you a target-driven sales professional with a passion for guiding students toward successful careers? We are looking for experienced Education Counsellors to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on career prospects and suitable courses.
Convert walk-ins, phone enquiries, website leads, Meta leads, Google leads, and referral enquiries into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Explain course details, fee structures, payment plans, scholarships, and offers.
Manage follow-ups, schedule counselling appointments, and ensure every enquiry is addressed.
Reactivate inactive leads and generate student referrals.
Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver an excellent counselling experience.





Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
35 years of proven sales experience.
Experience in Education, Training Institutes, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, or other target-driven service industries is preferred.
Robust communication, counselling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proven ability to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
