About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various roles while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




14 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in bulk hiring, non-IT recruitment, or corporate hiring is an added advantage.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Knowledge of interview techniques and recruitment best practices.

Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
