The Role : ??????? — ?? ??? ?????????? ???? ???'?? ??: Teach a 6-month program covering federal and state tax compliance (1040, 1120, 1065, 1099s, W-2, FBAR, 5471), entity structures (LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, partnerships), deductions, international taxation, DTAA provisions, and FATCA reporting. ???'?? ? ???? ??? ?? ??? :
Are a qualified Indian CA — EA qualified or working towards it
Have hands-on experience with US tax filings — not just the theory, but actually preparing 1040s, 1120s, or multi-state returns
Can explain the difference between an S-Corp and an LLC election, or walk someone through FBAR filing requirements, in plain language
Genuinely enjoy teaching and mentoring — not just lecturing
Are comfortable with remote,



async work with live evening classes Nice to have: > Prior work with US clients — CPA firms, KPOs, or freelance on Upwork/Fiverr. > Experience with cross-border structuring, entity formations, or international tax treaties. > Into vibe coding — you use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) in your own workflow and can teach others to do the same. We care more about what you can do than what's on your wall.

Compensation: ₹50,000–60,000/month
