Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with global operations, exports, and B2C sales.
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements in India and in countries of export.
SAP and Salesforce Integration: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure effective use of SAP for financial management and Salesforce CRM for customer insights and sales strategies.
Cost Management and Optimization: Analyze and optimize costs across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.




Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure to support business operations and growth.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with sales, operations, logistics,various plants manufacturing and marketing teams to drive business decisions and ensure alignment with financial goals.
Export and International Operations: Oversee financial aspects of exports to 90 countries, including managing foreign exchange risks and compliance with international trade regulations.
B2C Operations in India: Manage financial aspects of B2C sales in India, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
