Core Responsibilities
Master Data Management: Configure and maintain material masters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work centers, and rate routings.
Planning Table Operations: Execute capacity leveling and line loading using the REM planning table to balance production quantities and monitor capacity load.
Execution & Backflushing: Configure reporting point backflushing and goods receipt confirmations to account for Work In Progress (WIP) and component consumption.
MRP & Demand Management: Run and monitor Material Requirements Planning, Planned Independent Requirements (PIRs), and sales orders to ensure seamless material flow.
System Integration: Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM) for end-to-end process integration
