Technical Support & Client Coordination
Support the sales team with technical product information and application guidance.
Understand project requirements and recommend suitable LED lighting solutions.
Assist clients and consultants with technical queries and lighting recommendations.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for project discussions.
Lighting Design & Simulation
Prepare lighting layouts and photometric calculations using DIALux and/or Relux software.
Develop basic lighting concepts and technical proposals for projects.
Create AutoCAD drawings and lighting placement plans.
Generate lighting simulation reports and design documentation.
Assist in preparing 3D visualizations and presentation materials.
Project Coordination
Support multiple lighting design projects simultaneously.
Ensure designs are completed within project timelines.
Coordinate with production and sales teams regarding technical specifications.
Maintain project documentation and design records.
Product & Technical Documentation
Prepare and update technical datasheets for lighting products.
Assist in maintaining product specifications and technical catalogs.
Support product testing and quality documentation activities.
Participate in product improvement discussions with internal teams.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure lighting designs meet company quality standards and client requirements.
Follow lighting standards and technical compliance requirements.
Maintain accuracy in calculations, drawings, and reports.
Preferred candidate profile
Fresher candidates with solid technical knowledge are welcome.
- Positive understanding of Electrical/Electronics fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of lighting concepts and LED products will be preferred.
- Candidates having internship/project experience in AutoCAD, DIALux, or lighting design will get preference.
- Passion for design, technical problem-solving, and engineering applications.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the lighting industry.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
