Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage qualified leads for residential commercial interior projects
Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and coordinate with the design team
Present design proposals, quotations, and concepts to clients
Build and maintain solid client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Handle negotiations and deal closures effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding
Track sales performance and maintain CRM records
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop strategies to increase conversions and revenue

Required Skills




Solid communication and client handling skills
Sales-driven mindset with closing ability
Basic understanding of interior design process costing
Ability to handle high-value clients professionally
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Proficiency in CRM tools / Excel / basic presentations

Preferred Qualifications
Background in Interior Design / Architecture / Real Estate Sales
Experience in luxury or premium segment sales
Existing network of builders / architects / clients is a plus
