Provide software technical Support and training on calls and remote/online.
Testing of current software and providing feedback for improvement.
Build and promote robust and long-lasting relationship with clients.
Have to do software installation and provide training to clients.
Have to attend training sessions whenever required.
Attend calls and provide solution.
Solving assigned tasks based on estimated time.
Knowledge of SQL Crystal Reports will be an added advantage.
Reporting to Support Manager on daily basis.
Responsibility will be variable; it may change as per requirement and performance.
