Key Responsibilities
Formulate, test, and analyze drilling chemicals and related products for upstream drilling, stimulation, and production operations.
Develop and validate analytical methods for recent chemicals and replicate field drilling systems in the laboratory.
Support technology transfer from laboratory to plant, including plant trials and detailed experiment documentation.
Lead and supervise laboratory staff while maintaining comprehensive records and communicating results to senior management.

Must-Have Skills/Technologies
Formulation of drilling chemicals (emulsifiers, cloud point glycols, polyamines, scavengers)
MUD (drilling fluid) testing and oil field chemical evaluation
Analytical method development for chemical products
Knowledge of drilling and stimulation chemical systems
