The Sales Head will be based in Ahmedabad and will be responsible for driving business growth for the company's powder coating and surface finishing services. The role includes developing sales strategies, identifying new customers, expanding business with existing clients, and increasing overall revenue. You will lead the sales team, set sales targets, monitor performance, and work closely with production, quality, and management teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Daily responsibilities include meeting with OEMs, fabricators, architects, engineering companies, and industrial customers, managing key accounts, generating recent business opportunities, and maintaining robust customer relationships.

The role also involves preparing sales forecasts, participating in pricing and contract negotiations, tracking market trends, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Head will play a key role in strengthening the company's market presence and achieving its growth objectives in the powder coating industry.

Requirements:




Robust experience in sales and sales management, with the ability to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Proven account management skills to develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities to guide, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Strong analytical skills to review sales performance, identify opportunities, and support informed decision-making.
Previous experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in industrial sales, manufacturing, B2B services, or related industries.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work from Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with operations, management, and other departments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications or advanced qualifications will be an added advantage.
