Roles and Responsibility
To lead electrical and/or mechanical maintenance operations
Implementation of energy productive solutions, reducing electricity consumption, and environmental impact.
Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and identify solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
Supervision of installed equipment
Drive automation in the plant
Reduce cost in maintenance operations
Ensure safety standards are followed
Spearhead the greenfield project installations, approvals, and integration of current utilities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory audits
Ensure 5S and Kaizen practices within facilities.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling, daily task allocation, equipment diagnostics, and performance reviews for continuous process improvement.
Coordinate with production, mechanical, and utility departments to minimize equipment downtime.
Prepare annual maintenance budgets and control electrical maintenance costs.
Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of electrical personnel.
