Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing marketplace operations on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end marketplace operations on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, keywords, and attributes.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stock-outs.
Handle order processing, returns, cancellations, customer escalations, seller support tickets, and dispute resolution.
Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads campaigns to maximize product visibility and sales.
Track daily seller performance metrics, including account health, seller ratings, compliance, and performance scorecards.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch and efficient return management.
Manage Flipkart Smart Fulfilment (FSF) and Amazon FBA inventory where applicable.




Plan and execute major marketplace campaigns such as Amazon Great Indian Festival, Prime Day, Flipkart Big Billion Days (BBD), and other promotional events.
Analyze sales performance, advertising reports, marketplace trends, and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to improve revenue.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, catalogue guidelines, and platform standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Proven experience in product listing, catalogue management, inventory management, seller account management, and advertising campaigns.
Solid understanding of Amazon and Flipkart marketplace operations, category guidelines, and seller policies.
Ability to independently resolve seller support issues, returns, disputes, and account-related escalations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
