Role & Responsibilities -
Key Account Management: Own and manage assigned strategic domestic and international B2B customer accounts. Build long-term relationships and maximize account revenue.
Revenue & Order Conversion: Own conversion of high-value enquiries into confirmed orders through effective follow-ups and negotiations.
RFQ & Inquiry Management: Handle complex and high-priority RFQs from Email, WhatsApp, Calls, Live Chat and other channels.
Quotation Review & Commercial Accuracy: Prepare and review quotations ensuring pricing, lead times, payment terms and documentation are accurate.
Team Guidance & Mentorship: Mentor Inbound Sales Executives, resolve technical/commercial queries and improve team conversion.
Escalation Management: Resolve customer, pricing, delivery and coordination escalations.
Lead Follow-up & Customer Engagement: Maintain structured follow-ups to improve conversions and retention.
Order Processing & Commercial Documentation: Ensure accurate quotations, PIs and order documentation.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Procurement,



Logistics, Warehouse, Accounts and Management.
Business Development Support: Identify cross-selling, upselling and customer reactivation prospects.
Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery conditions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with global industrial customers.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor enquiry ageing, conversion, repeat orders and KPIs.
Reporting & MIS: Maintain CRM, sales logs and management reports.
Process Improvement & SOP Compliance: Drive continuous improvements and SOP adherence.
Target Achievement: Achieve assigned revenue and operational KPIs.

Preferred Candidate Profile
International B2B sales, quotations, PI preparation, industrial automation products, CRM/ERP, negotiation, communication.
Competencies: Leadership, accountability, analytical thinking, customer focus, time management and problem solving.
