Role & responsibilities
Design engaging social media creatives, including posts, stories, carousels, banners, and other digital content.
Create visually appealing graphics aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and/or Canva to produce high-quality designs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and daily social media content.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and AI-powered design tools.
Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Video editing is optional. Candidates interested in learning video editing will receive guidance and prospects to develop these skills.
Take initiative to explore new creative tools, technologies, and workflows to continuously improve design quality.

Preferred candidate profile




Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
Passion for creating social media content, including posts, stories, carousels, and other engaging creatives.
Creative mindset with a good sense of typography, color, and layout.
Eagerness to learn current design techniques, AI tools, and emerging creative technologies.
Willingness to learn video editing; prior experience is not mandatory.
Ability to work in a collaborative, rapid-paced environment and handle multiple assignments.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to accept feedback for continuous improvement.
Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
