Job Overview

Purely looking for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable. The role will work closely with the Finance Manager and Finance Head and should have experience in finance accounting systems, vendor payments, reconciliations and Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities and DutiesAccounts Payable Management

· Process vendor invoices.

· Prepare payment schedules.





· Ensure timely vendor payments.

· Maintain AP ageing reports.

Vendor Coordination

· Reconcile vendor accounts.

· Resolve invoice discrepancies.

Documentation & Compliance

· Maintain payment records.

· Support audits and statutory compliance.

Specifications

· Education Level: Graduate (B.Com)

· Skill: Accounts Payable, Vendor Reconciliation, Tally Prime, Advanced Excel

· Experience: Minimum 2–3 years

· Communication: Valuable communication in English, Hindi and Bengali

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
