Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about available courses, certifications, and career prospects.
Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
Recommend suitable programs based on students' needs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online inquiries.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, scholarships, EMI options, and placement assistance.
Maintain accurate student records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and marketing teams.
Resolve student queries and provide end-to-end admission support.
Participate in webinars, seminars, educational events,



and promotional campaigns when required.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
