Job Overview

Placon HR Services is hiring a Senior HR Recruiter / HR Consultant to handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interview coordination, client communication, candidate follow-ups, and timely closures.
Key Responsibilities

Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidae joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, databases, and other job portals.
Screen and shortlist profiles as per client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate follow-ups.
Share suitable profiles with clients within the required timelines.
Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and joining coordination.




Maintain candidate records, recruitment reports,and CRM updates.

Meet monthly recruitment targets and ensure quality canddate submissions.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth recruitment execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, or HR services.

Valuable knowledge of end-to-ed recruitment processes.
Solid communication, sourcing, screening and coordination skills.
Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple requirements in a target-driven setting.
