Position Overview

Global Health Alliance (GHA), is inviting applications for the position of Administrative Intern. This is a 3-month paid internship designed for motivated graduates who wish to build a career in administration, operations, and healthcare management.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support.
Communicate with hospitals, medical colleges, healthcare professionals, and partner organizations across India.
Make professional calls and follow up with stakeholders regarding meetings, training programmes, and collaborations.
Organize and coordinate healthcare training programmes, workshops, conferences, and events.
Schedule meetings and accompany the team for meetings with hospitals, medical institutions,



and partner organizations whenever required.
Support recruitment coordination and general office operations.
Work closely with the management team on new initiatives and organizational projects.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and travel locally for meetings when required.
