Job Summary

Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for a passionate and target-driven Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right career-oriented programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to convert enquiries into admissions while delivering an exceptional student experience.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.
Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and digital marketing campaigns.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions by understanding students' learning and career goals.
Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain a high conversion rate.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and student interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with academic, operations, and finance teams to ensure a smooth admission process.




Build solid relationships with students and parents by providing timely support and guidance.
Participate in educational seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities as required.
Prepare daily and weekly counselling reports and update management on admission progress.
Stay updated on all courses, certifications, and industry trends to provide accurate information to prospective students.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid counselling, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
