Designation- Deputy Manager MATS

Job Responsibilities:
Planning and execution of monthly manufacturing plan and other manufacturing activities in conjunction with the Toll Processor.
Responsible for production, planning, process control troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules.
To review standard operating procedures, batch documents, master documents of production and compliance to documents.
Assuring the on time dispatches and ensure no Customer delays.
Ensure delivery of the product meeting the defined Quality norms
Responsible for yield and productivity improvement.
Proper utilization of man and machine and to ensure compliance for documents as per cGMP requirement.
To review and approve MIS reports and other related documents of production department as per requirement and ensure on time circulation the reports to the Concerned on daily basis.
To ensure scheduled validation of the equipment, calibration of devices and maintenance of equipment.




Responsible for implementation of systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall operations enhance operational efficiency and cost optimization.
To report the entire daily schedules executions to the management
Responsible for complete Raw material, WIP and finished goods stock maintenance, stock reconciliation and proper upkeep of the records, documents for verification.

Functional Skills:
SAP/ERP 2. Microsoft Excel and Power point
Robust expertise in Equipment maintenance , Utilities operations .
Preferable- Valuable understanding of Cashew Processing.
