Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage E-commerce MIS reporting, day-to-day accounting activities, and bookkeeping. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth reconciliation of online sales platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce MIS & Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for E-commerce platforms
Track sales, returns, commissions, and payment settlements
Platform-wise reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Analyze revenue, margins, and performance trends
Prepare management reports and dashboards
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Maintain books of accounts (Purchase, Sales, Expenses, Journal entries)
Record daily transactions in ERP/Tally
Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
Vendor and customer account reconciliation
Maintain proper documentation and audit trail
Receivables & Payables Management:
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up
Process vendor payments and maintain payable records
Handle debit notes / credit notes related to E-commerce
GST & Compliance Support:




Assist in GST data preparation (Sales, Purchase, Returns)
Reconcile GST reports with books and portals
Support in filing returns and audit requirements
Coordination & Process Improvement:
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Logistics)
Identify discrepancies and resolve issues timely
Suggest improvements in MIS and reporting systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
2–5 years of experience in accounting and MIS (E-commerce preferred)
Solid knowledge of Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel (Advanced Excel preferred)
Understanding of E-commerce platforms and reconciliation process
Knowledge of GST and basic taxation
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms
Knowledge of data analysis tools or dashboards
Ability to work under deadlines

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Accuracy of MIS reports
Timely reconciliation of E-commerce data
Error-free bookkeeping
Timely closure of accounts and reports

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
