Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting and inventory management activities. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime, and the ability to manage inventory records accurately.

Key Responsibilities
Record daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
Maintain and update inventory records, stock entries, and stock reconciliation in Tally.
Prepare purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Generate invoices and maintain proper documentation.
Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
Verify purchase bills and expense vouchers.
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory movement and stock verification.
Support GST documentation and other statutory records.
Maintain accurate filing of financial and inventory documents.




Assist the Accounts Manager with daily accounting operations and MIS reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
0–1 year of experience (Freshers with internship experience are welcome).
Basic knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
Knowledge of Inventory Management in Tally (stock entries, stock reports, stock reconciliation).
Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
Solid numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate
Internship or practical experience in accounting will be an added advantage.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

₹3 LPA (Based on skills and qualifications).

Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
