Designation: Sr. Officer

Salary: 7 - 10 LPA

Qualification: MSW (IR Welfare Specialist), MBA

Only Preferred candidates from manufacturing industries

Key Areas: Must have experience in Manufacturing / Automotive / Engineering Industry

Exposure of IR ER
Coordinate with contractors for timely wage disbursement and statutory compliance
Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
Ensure compliance with Contract Labour (Regulation Abolition) Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus Act, and other labour laws
Maintain and verify statutory registers and documentation related to contract labour
Coordinate with contractors for monthly compliance documents (PF challans, ESIC records, wage sheets, etc.)
Support during government inspections and audits
Address welfare concerns of associates and contract workers
Implement welfare initiatives such as health camps, awareness programs, and employee support activities
Ensure availability of basic amenities and facilities for contract labour as per statutory requirements
Maintain healthy IR setting on the shop floor




Resolve grievances of associates and contract labour in coordination with HR and plant management
Support in disciplinary processes and conflict resolution
Track and report manpower utilization, absenteeism, and contractor manpower strength
Maintain all records related to labour compliance and audits
Act as a point of contact between contractors, HR, and plant operations
Ensure smooth communication regarding manpower requirements and labour deployment
Maintain proper MIS reports for manpower, attendance, contractor compliance, and welfare activities
