Job Description
Research and evaluate prospective clients prior to meetings.
Understand the financial needs of mid to large real estate corporates and propose tailored financial solutions / Prachay offerings.
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with selected builders and developers through regular engagement.
Act as a coordination point between the client and credit team for collection of all documents and information required for credit approval.
Prepare and present financial proposal summaries to the internal credit team.
Conduct project and plant site visits as required.
Ensure high client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and challenges.
