Role Description The Accounts Executive – Taxation will manage day-to-day taxation and accounting activities for assigned clients in an on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This full time position includes preparing and filing tax returns, coordinating GST, TDS, and income tax compliance, and maintaining accurate books of accounts. The role involves reconciling ledgers, reviewing supporting documents, and ensuring timely payment of statutory dues.

The Accounts

Executive will interact with clients and internal teams to clarify tax-related queries, assist during audits or assessments, and contribute to process improvements in taxation and compliance workflows.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in accounting and taxation, including direct and indirect taxes, GST, TDS, and income tax provisions.
Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial record maintenance using accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, or similar tools).




Ability to handle statutory compliance activities such as tax filings, returns, reconciliations, and documentation within prescribed timelines.
Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
Effective communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in accounting, taxation, or compliance within an outsourcing firm or professional services setting is an advantage.
Comfort working in an in office, fast-paced setting in Navi Mumbai, with readiness to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
