Excellent skill in modeling, calibration, simulation and post processing using GT-SUITE, GT-POWER, AVL 1D simulation software
Hands on experience in optimization and Selection of Engine air handling system - Turbocharger matching, EGR system selection, valve profile optimization to meet target engine performance parameters, fuel economy and NOx emissions
Hands on experience in optimization & selection of Cooling system components - fan, pump, radiator, valves, condenser, evaporator, architecture, blower to meet target temperature of engine, motor, dc-dc, inverter, mcu, cabin




Hands on experience in optimization & selection of Powertrain system components - battery, motor, transmission, controls to meet vehicle performance such as range, max vehicle speed, acceleration time, gradeability
Excellent Fundamental knowledge in IC Engine, Thermal Engineering and Heat Transfer, E-Moobility
Deep technical knowledge of automotive Emissions and Regulatory compliance requirements
Development of methodologies for engine out emission prediction
Develop models for Exhaust aftertreatmen system to capture altitude and off ambient conditions impact on tail pipe emissions
Power upgrade and High altitude study
