Position: Field Recruiter
Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Location: Bangalore, Gujarat, Rajasthan
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Field Recruiter with a solid background in BFSI bulk hiring and campus recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, conducting campus drives, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities to meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) roles.
Execute bulk hiring drives for sales, operations, customer service, and other frontline positions.
Plan and conduct campus recruitment drives by coordinating with colleges, universities, and placement officers.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Travel to colleges, recruitment events, and client locations to conduct hiring drives.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Achieve hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
Required Skills
Proven experience in BFSI bulk recruitment.
Strong exposure to campus hiring and college engagement.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively for recruitment drives.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
3 to 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the BFSI sector.
Experience handling high-volume hiring and campus recruitment initiatives.
Solid networking and relationship-building skills with educational institutions.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
