Manage franchise partner communication, queries, grievances, and escalations.
Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Accounts, HR, Training, and other departments for timely issue resolution.
Track actions, follow-ups, and ensure closure .
Required Candidate profile
Experience handling escalations and working across multiple teams.
Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and reporting tools.
Willing to travel for franchise events and meetings.
